Join us for our next MCLE installment as the LA Kings take on the Toronto Maple Leafs at 7:30 p.m. The pre-game panel in the Wells Fargo B&C Conference Room from 6:00 - 7:00 p.m, will be discussing ethics in sports law, specifically how attorneys and sports agents deal with ethics when it comes to conflicts, employment, working with multiple business partners, athletes, etc. Our focus will be on the California rules of ethics, the Miller-Ayala Act, and new rules on agents and student-athletes.
