LA Stadium & Entertainment District at Hollywood Park (LASED) Overview:
The Los Angeles Stadium and Entertainment District at Hollywood Park is transforming the site of the former Hollywood Park Racetrack to a year-round sports and entertainment destination for the enjoyment of people throughout Southern California as well as visitors to the region. This will be the new “must-see” entertainment destination and gathering spot in the center of the Los Angeles basin. This monumental project covers 298 acres just 2.5 miles from LAX. The centerpiece of the district is a 70,000-seat stadium that will be the home of NFL games for both the Los Angeles Chargers and Los Angeles Rams. The stadium will feature sporting events including the Super Bowl and the Opening and Closing ceremonies of the 2028 Olympics being held in Los Angeles, as well as major concerts and other entertainment year-round.
LASED Premiere Center Overview:
The LA Stadium Premiere Center brings gameday to life in an 11,000-square-foot facility packed with technology that puts you at the center of the excitement. Stunning virtual experiences spread across 52 screens, showing off what you can expect at every stadium event from NFL games to concerts, as well as previews of the surrounding Entertainment District’s restaurants, parks and venues. A massive acrylic model of the stadium and surrounding area features projection mapping. Plus, you can even watch live feeds from the construction site.
